Section 23
Effectiveness Of Security Agreement
(1) A security agreement shall be
in the form of a record. A security agreement may be found in one or more than
one record.
(2) A security agreement shall apply according to its terms to the
parties, purchasers of the collateral, creditors and lien holders, except as
otherwise provided in this Act.
(3) A security agreement may relate to one or more than one security
interest.
